Service Directory
In keeping with our ethos to offer a bespoke and flexible service to our clients, we have developed a sliding scale of facilities, depending on your requirements:

DRY HIRE
At the most basic level, clients are able to ‘Dry Hire’ any of our props and equipment, without installation personnel.

Shipping to and from the venue via third party couriers can be arranged or alternatively, clients can make their own arrangements to collect and return goods from our warehouse.

TURNKEY INSTALLATION
If the above seems a little daunting then a ‘Turnkey Installation’ might be more appropriate. With this option, a team will arrive and install the props, lighting, dance floor etc and then remove them upon completion of the event.

EVENT MANAGER
If this still seems a little too involved, why not consider our ‘Event Manager’ service. From initial consultation, the event coordinator will be involved in preliminary design as well as supervising installation, to ensure this is completed on schedule. After attending the event to facilitate its smooth running, the event coordinator will then organise the dismantling and removal of all items, leaving the venue in immaculate condition.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION
We can arrange shipping to, and from, the required destination via next day courier service, next day pallet service (both Monday to Friday) or Fleet Delivery (available seven days a week)

Regardless of the specified level of service, we aim to provide our clients with a bespoke package, collating items from our stock and combining them with any specific manufactured pieces from our studio, in order to create the exact look and atmosphere you desire

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
We have experienced staff, with technical expertise, who are able to install all specified products, and then assist with sound reproduction, lighting design and programming.

ONLINE QUOTATIONS
To assist clients, we offer an online quotation request system. By using our Search facility, clients can browse our stock and assemble a 'notepad' which can then be submitted. A member of the team will then contact you to confirm availability and pricing using our fully computerised stock system.

SHOWROOM, WAREHOUSE & STUDIO FACILITIES
We strongly recommend a visit to our extensive warehousing and showroom facilities - our professional event coordinators will happily give you a guided tour, with no pressure selling. Clients are also able to see demonstrations of our sound, lighting and special effect equipment in our customised showrooms, all without obligation. Our on site studio facility enables you to discuss your ideas with our artists, if required.
